NORA Skagit River Raceway — Indoor Carpet
The indoor carpet program is seasonal and distinct from NORA’s outdoor summer program. 2026 carpet events and current club information support the Mount Vernon fairgrounds venue. NORA Skagit River Raceway’s indoor winter program runs on carpet in Building F at the Skagit County Fairgrounds in Mount Vernon. The club uses the indoor venue for on-road and carpet-oval racing, giving northwest racers a dedicated winter-season place to compete.
Practice and racing are both available on scheduled club days, and non-members can participate under the club’s published fee structure. NORA also runs beginner-oriented Rookie Academy sessions at the fairgrounds.
