4. Wachusett RC Flyers

Overview: This is an aviation-focused club field for “current or aspiring R/C pilots”. It serves as a hub for traditional model aviation as well as modern drone flying.

  • Usage: The site is the home field for the Central Mass FPVers and supports FPV (First-Person View) drone racing and quadcopter flying.
  • Membership: Participation requires a membership application.
  • Instruction: The club explicitly states that “New and learning pilots are always welcome”.
